Times, they are a changin'

The rush to buy fresh, healthy beef direct from producers has caused quite a squeeze on getting a an animal processed. Tried to book reservations for next year, and the earliest date I could get was February 2022. That does not mean I will not be selling grassfed beef next year. It just means it will be a little different. I will take orders and put you on a standing list. About June 2021, I will be call the locker plant every Monday and see if they have any cancellations. When they do, I will take in ready animals that I have staged near my house and deliver on short notice. We still some unsold halves for next month, so if you are looking for great beef, give me a call. Mike
